§ 11.83. SUSPENSION OF ACTION ON PERMIT APPLICATIONS.

For good cause to protect the public health, safety and welfare, the Director of the Department may request the Director of the Department of Public Works to suspend issuance of excavation permits to a Person who is determined, after notice and a hearing, to be in violation of this Chapter or a Franchise.
