§ 6.5. PERMIT PROCEDURE.

Procedures for the filing and processing of permit applications, have been approved by Port Commission resolution, which resolution is on file with the Port Commission and shall be made available to the public upon request. The Executive Director is hereby authorized to make any non-substantial amendments to such permit procedures necessary for the efficient administration of the permit process.
