§ 7.19. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' REVIEW OF CITY'S STATE OF DISASTER PREPAREDNESS.

  • At least once a year, if requested by the Mayor, the Board of Supervisors, sitting as a committee of the whole, or a committee of the Board, shall hold a hearing on the state of the City's disaster preparedness. The Board may call upon any City officer, employee, or department to provide information necessary or appropriate for the hearing.
