§ 69.5. REQUIRED INSURANCE.

- The Risk Manager of the City and County shall determine the type and amount of insurance that is reasonably necessary to enable the Health Authority to provide for the defense and indemnification of employees of the Health Authority who are employees of the City and County of San Francisco, as required by Section 14087.36(d)(1)(A). The Health Authority shall provide insurance of the amount and type, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be required by the Risk Manager, including any changes in that determination that may be appropriate for reasons that the Risk Manager shall provide in writing.(Added by Ord. 408-94, App. 12/15/94)
