§ 5.30-6. SUNSET.

Latest version.

Unless the Board of Supervisors by ordinance extends the term of the Committee, this Article XXX shall expire by operation of law, and the Committee shall terminate, one year after the effective date of the ordinance in Board File No. 181080 enacting this Article. After that date, the City Attorney shall cause this Article XXX to be removed from the Administrative Code.
