Chapter 37A. RENT STABILIZATION AND ARBITRATION FEE

§ 37A.3. PURPOSE.

The purpose of this ordinance is to require those who rely upon and/or benefit from the Rent Board's administration and enforcement of the Rent Ordinance to pay a fee which is directly related to the financial burden placed upon the City in carrying out the Rent Board's functions and duties.
