§ 34.2. CONDITIONAL USE AUTHORIZED BY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION.

Whenever the Planning Commission shall, by resolution, authorize a conditional use pursuant to the Planning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit a copy of such resolution to the Assessor.
