Chapter 28. ADMINISTRATIVE DEBARMENT PROCEDURE

§ 28.7. FAILURE TO RESPOND TO THE COUNTS AND ALLEGATIONS.

Failure of the contractor to submit to the City a written request to be heard within the time required by this Chapter, or failure of the contractor or the contractor's representative to appear for a requested hearing that has been duly noticed, shall be deemed admission by the contractor to the Counts and Allegations. In accordance with the procedures set forth below, the charging official shall present evidence in support of the debarment to the appointed hearing officer and the hearing officer shall make a determination on such evidence.
