§ 25.3. COST OF UNDERGROUND FACILITIES IN NEW STREETS AND NEW SUBDIVISIONS.

The cost of underground street lighting facilities in new streets or new subdivisions shall be borne by the person, assessment district or others paying for the grading, paving, sidewalks and other construction necessary to open the street.
