§ 22.3. SUBMISSION OF PLANS OF NEW INSTALLATIONS TO CHIEF FOR HIS RECOMMENDATION.

All plans and specifications for the construction of new installations for radio communications of any department or agency of the City and County shall be submitted by the Board of Supervisors to the Chief of the Department of Electricity for his or her recommendations thereon.
