§ 16.45. DUTIES GENERALLY OF MEMBERS AND BENEFICIARIES.

Each member and beneficiary shall be subject to all the provisions of this Article and to all rules and regulations adopted by the Retirement Board and shall furnish to the Board such information affecting his status as a member or beneficiary of the system as the Board may require.
