§ 16.89-16. EFFECTIVE DATE.

Latest version.

Such resignation shall become effective, unless otherwise stated in the written resignation, at the time at which they are received:
(a) By the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, when submitted by an elected officer; or
(b) By the office of the appointing authority, when submitted by an appointed officer.
