Chapter 105. CIGARETTE LITTER ABATEMENT FEE ORDINANCE

§ 105.1. TITLE.

Latest version.

This Ordinance shall be known as the "Cigarette Litter Abatement Fee Ordinance" and the fee imposed herein shall be known as the "Cigarette Litter Abatement Fee."
