§ 7.3.56. OPERATING WITHOUT A FUNCTIONING TAXIMETER.

For any person or entity to drive or operate any Taxi on the public street that is not equipped with a Taximeter, is equipped with a Taximeter that is inaccurately fixing the fare to be collected, or is otherwise not in good working order, or is equipped with a Taximeter that does not comply with the requirements of Section 1113(f) of Division II of the Transportation Code.
