§ 7.2.78. PARKING OR DRIVING OF VEHICLES IN PORT AREA.

  • (a) To Park any vehicle or leave standing any animal, whether attended or unattended, or upon any property under the control and jurisdiction of the Port Commission or upon any thoroughfare located on such property in violation of Port Regulations. (220)

    (b) To drive any vehicle or animal upon any wharf, bulkhead wharf, pier, quay, or storage area or any other area not dedicated as a public street, within the control of the Port Commission, except that signs indicating restrictions on such driving must be posted and clearly visible at the entrance from any thoroughfare or street to such wharf, bulkhead wharf, pier, quay, or storage area.
