§ 7.2.74. STREETCAR RIGHT-OF-WAY - VEHICLES PROHIBITED.

For any person to drive a vehicle over, upon or across any streetcar right-of-way which has been raised three inches or more above the level of the adjacent roadway, except as necessary for the purpose of entering or exiting from a garage or driveway or for the purpose of overtaking and passing a disabled vehicle upon the adjacent roadway.
