§ 1700. TITLE.

This Chapter1 shall be known as the "Subdivision Code of the City and County of San Francisco for Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island" (hereinafter referred to as this "Code") and applies only to the areas designated in the Development Agreement between the City and County of San Francisco and Treasure Island Community Development, LLC Relative to Naval Station Treasure Island (the "Development Agreement") as the Project Site (hereinafter referred to as the "Treasure Island and Yerba Buena Island Project Site").
