§ 152.2. ALLOWED OFF-STREET FREIGHT LOADING AND SERVICE VEHICLE SPACES IN DOWNTOWN RESIDENTIAL (DTR) DISTRICTS.

- In DTR districts, off-street freight loading spaces shall be provided in the maximum quantities specified in the following Table 152.2, except as otherwise provided in Sections 153(a)(6) and 161 of this Code. The measurement of Occupied Floor Area shall be as defined in this Code, except that non-accessory parking spaces and driveways and maneuvering areas incidental thereto shall not be counted.Table 152.2
