§ 605. POISON IVY AND POISON OAK, REMOVAL ON NOTICE.

Any Owner permitting poisonous growth as defined in Section 581(b)(11) is required to cause the removal and destruction of such poisonous growth when ordered by the Director pursuant to this Article.
