§ 11.59. INSURANCE.

Latest version.

A Franchise granted pursuant to this Chapter shall require a Grantee to obtain insurance or self-insure as required by the City's Risk Manager. Failure to provide or maintain any required insurance shall constitute a Material Breach of a Franchise.
